Development solutions
  1. ASML (2018-2022): cooperation with Intel's technology development center in Hillsboro, USA. Working on a range of Intel process nodes (2018-2022): Intel 20A, Intel 3, Intel 4, P1272/1274 (14nm and 10nm) as a consultant and data analysis team leader, which significantly helped Intel to achieve its development goals.
  2. ASML (2017-2018): As project architect responsible for the integration of "In Device Metrology" performance metrics on the Yield Star 1375 and supporting HW upgrades at customers in Japan and Taiwan, including system qualification and machine validation test development.
  3. ASML (2015-2017): BMMO NXE NXE Scanner Drift Control Project, where I worked as overlay expert to design and qualify a drift control product that maintains scanner performance within specification, after commissioning. This product includes in-loop calibration and mathematical modeling of the obtained results to update machine conditions and reduce parameter deviations.
  4. ASML (2014-2015): print quality (overlay) improvements in NXE photolithography, among other things to qualify the correction of exposure dose errors. By applying mathematical modeling of physical systems, statistics and model verification, specify, test and analyze the overlay with qualification and calibration tests, design new calibration and qualification methods to improve the overlay. Using statistical methods to show improvements or problems and deliver products that work to customers.
  5. Bosch Security Systems (2001-2014): Algorithm development for high-end video cameras, which should provide excellent images/video in all imaging conditions/applications. I worked in a multidisciplinary environment on all important aspects of development: problem analysis, simulations, algorithm development, testing, integration, manufacturing, new product development and innovation, etc. All the algorithms I have designed and developed were implemented in software or ICs/FPGAs and used in various cameras.
